As principal and Willian [Warton] of Burlington

as surety

Acknowledge ourselves jointly and severally indebted to the Probate Court for the District of Chittenden in the sum of two hundred Dollars, current money of the United States; for the payment of which well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and each of us by himself

our and each of our heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents-

signed with our hand and sealed with our seals,

    Dated the Sixth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and

The condition of the above obligation is such, That, if the above bounden

William G. Shaw

who has been appointed by the Probate Court for the District of Chittinden administrator of the estate Sabra Fisher late of Burlington in the County Chittinden and the State of Vermont, deceased, shall make and return to said Probate Court, within three months, a true and perfect inventory of all the goods, chattels, rights, credits and estate of the said deceased which shall come to the possession or knowledge of the said administrator, or to the possession of any other person or persons for him and shall administer, according to law, all the goods, chattels, rights, credits and estate of the said deceased which shall at any time come into the possession of said administrator or to the possession of any other person or persons for him, and of the same pay and discharge all debts and charges chargeable thereon, or such dividends thereon as shall be ordered and decreed by said Probate Court, and shall render a true and just account of his administration to the said Probate Court within one year and at any other time when required by said probate court, and shall perform all orders and decrees of the said Probate Court by him to be performed in the premises, then the above obligation to be void, otherwise of force.

Tubbs Family - Children's Death Record

These death records were found 11 February 2023.

I was looking for Sabra's death record, but have yet to find it.

Measels must have been making the "rounds" in the community.

I wonder if the 3 children's families lived close to each other due to their cause of death are the same. 

Saban Do Tubbs was 8 years, 2 months, and 12 days old. There were no parent named for Saban. [I am thinking that she might have been named after Sabra Tubbs.}

Parsio's and Francis Lore were marked in error.
