Fisher Family - Lydia Fisher - 1890 Marriage

This is Lydia Fisher's last marriage. This particular marriage was to a Civil War northern soldier who survived being incarcerated in Andersonville Prison. I believe that this Barney Wheeler was suffering from PTSD. I will document more about that. Right now I want to show the documentation from FamilySearch of their marriage.
