     I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, do depose and say that I attended as a witness in said cause, upon behalf of the Est    at above mentioned Term of said Court,   1 days, and will have necessarily traveled 108 miles, in going to and return from said Court.

          And now on this day is filed herein and presented to the Court a Final Report of the account of C.L. Stinson as Executor of said Estate, and the Court finds from an afft filed with said Estate. And No on objecting to said report or the approval of the same, the court having on the approval of the same, the court having now examined said Report approves the same, and orders it recalled, and the estate is hereby declared settled and said Executor is discharged from all further duties as such.
