Fisher Family - Jeremiah Fisher - Revolutionary War Pension Record - page 10

     State of Vermont
     Chittendon County
                                      On this 5th day of November 1850
personally appeared before the  [?] Judge of the County Court for said County Sabra Fisher a resident of Colchester in County aged seventy four years and after being duly sworn accoding to law doth upon her oath make the following declaration in order to obtain an increase and arrange of Pension chic her late husband Jeremiah Fisher [?] unter the law of Congress  [?] June 7th 1850.
     That she is the widow of Jeremiah Fisher deceased late of Colchester Chittendone County Vermont, who was on pension of the United States for Revoltionary serves at the [?] of $80/ Eighty dollars for annum. Next her said husband was engaged in the team service of the United States a portion of which as she has understood and believes was in [?].
   That she believes her husband deceased Jeremiah to be entitled To changes [?] those eighty dollars per annum and that he often so expressed in his lifetime. That he died on the 11th day of October A.D. 1846.
     That she was married to the deceased Jeremiah Fisher in Northfield Vermont on the [] day of April A.D. 1804. That the marriage was soleminized by Col.[McP?] Then a Just. Peace residing there. That her name before marriage was Sabra Tubs  and that she is now a widow.
                          The said asks to [?] the [?] and [?] [?] her late husband under the act above.
